My bank just issued a debit card which in effect says it will cost me $10 to use to withdraw money. So..if I want to withdraw $20 I will actually lose $10...what a swindle and a rip off. Any of your banks doing this? Anyone have banks charging outrageous fees?

I think all banks charge outrageous fees. Better to keep your money under the mattress maybe.
